Emergency Assistance Provided to Accident Victim

IPGC officers provided immediate assistance to a road accident victim near Sakchi by coordinating with police and hospital administration. The council ensured prompt medical treatment, helped with documentation for insurance claims, and supported the family during the emergency. This reflects our commitment to serving citizens in need.

Pension Delay Cases Resolved for 35 Senior Citizens

IPGC team successfully resolved pending pension cases for 35 senior citizens in East Singhbhum district. Our officers coordinated with the District Social Welfare Office and ensured that all delayed pensions were released within 48 hours. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the prompt action taken by the council.

RTI Applications Filed on Road Construction Quality

In public interest, IPGC members filed multiple RTI applications regarding the quality of recently constructed roads in Jamshedpur. The applications seek information about contractors, quality checks, and compliance with specifications. This initiative aims to ensure accountability in infrastructure development and prevent substandard work.

Awareness Session Conducted in 5 Government Schools

IPGC conducted awareness sessions on constitutional rights, child rights, and RTE Act in five government schools across Mango and Jugsalai areas. Over 800 students and 50 teachers participated. Educational materials and booklets were distributed to help students understand their fundamental rights and duties as citizens.

Investigation Completed in Ration Card Fraud Case

Following a citizen complaint, IPGC officers completed investigation into alleged irregularities in ration card distribution in Block Office. Evidence of fraudulent entries and ghost beneficiaries was collected and submitted to the District Supply Officer for appropriate action. The council ensured genuine applicants received their entitlements.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सुधार एवं जन शिकायत परिषद एक पंजीकृत संस्था है जिसे देश के विभिन्न सरकारी तंत्रों में व्याप्त अनियमितता, कुव्यवस्था, भ्रष्टाचार में प्रशासनिक सुधार करने और सरकारी सेवा प्रदायगी से संबंधित हो रहे विभिन्न प्रकार के समस्याओं/शिकायतों के निवारण तथा देश के नागरिकों को जरुरत के समय में हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से बनाया गया है तथा यह भारत में बदलाव लाने के लिए हमारी एक सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। हमारी संस्था भारत सरकार, राज्य सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर एक प्रभावकारी एवं सामयिक तंत्र बनाने की कोशिश कर रही है जिसके माध्यम से भारतीय नागरिकों को उनका संवैधानिक/मौलिक/मानव अधिकार बिना किसी परेशानी के उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। हमारी संस्था का मुख्य लक्ष्य संवैधानिक/मौलिक/मानव अधिकारों से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रकार के समस्याओं/शिकायतों के निवारण के लिए एक सार्थक मंच प्रदान करना है। हमारी संस्था भारतीय प्रशासनिक सुधार एवं जन शिकायत परिषद का गठन 06 नवम्बर, 2011 को इस उदेश्य से किया गया था/है कि हम सभी देशवासी एक साथ मिलकर अपने देश एवं अपने देश के आम नागरिकों की सेवा/मदद निःस्वार्थ भाव से एकजुट होकर कर सके।

Indian Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Council (Registered Name: Bharatiya Prashasnik Sudhar Evam Jan Shikayat Parishad) is registered under the ITA, 1882 and its registration number is 2020/JSR/4050/BK4/342. It is also registered by NITI AAYOG (Government of India) & its registration number is JH/2021/0281430.

Our foundation was established with a singular, resolute vision: to foster a transparent, accountable, and just administrative environment for every Indian citizen. We recognize the challenges citizens face in accessing timely and fair government services. Our commitment, supported by the dedicated efforts of our members and in collaboration with government bodies, is to bridge the gap between public services and the common citizen. We are committed to meticulously investigating grievances, combating corruption, and ensuring that constitutional and fundamental human rights are upheld without obstruction.
