Acceptance of Terms

About Our Council

The Indian Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Council is a registered organization (ITA 1882, Registration No.: 2020/JSR/4050/BK4/342) and is registered with NITI AAYOG (JH/2021/0281430). Our registered office is located at Krishna Nagar, Road Number 01, Gour Basti, Mango, Jamshedpur – 831012, Jharkhand, India. Our mission is to promote administrative reform, reduce corruption, and provide an effective platform for citizens to resolve problems and secure their constitutional and human rights with the cooperation of Government, State, and District administrations.

Use of Services and Membership

Our Council offers services including independent investigation of grievances, legal advocacy, RTI filing support, and public awareness campaigns. Participation in any initiative or membership is subject to our internal policies and capacity. We reserve the right to accept or decline participation requests based on our assessment of merit, legal standing, resource availability, and ethical considerations. Members and participants must provide accurate information and adhere to principles of honesty and integrity. Misrepresentation or fraudulent information may result in termination of membership or support. All participants must cooperate with our staff and maintain a dignified environment. We strive to provide effective support but cannot guarantee specific legal or administrative outcomes.

Donations and Contributions

All financial contributions made to the Indian PG Council are voluntary and intended to support our charitable, legal, and operational objectives. Contributions are made without expectation of specific returns, except for tax receipts as applicable under Indian law. We accept donations through various secure channels. All monetary donations are processed securely. Tax exemption certificates will be provided as per applicable Indian tax laws. Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or fraudulent transactions. For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to utilize donations for the charitable purpose for which they were given or for general operational purposes if no specific designation was made.

Volunteer/Member Code of Conduct

Members and volunteers are essential to our Council. By enrolling as a member or volunteer, you agree to: uphold the principles of the Indian Constitution; act with integrity and honesty; maintain confidentiality of all grievance information; abide by the member duties (e.g., filing RTI applications, conducting local awareness sessions); and represent the Council professionally. The Council reserves the right to terminate membership or participation based on misconduct, violation of ethical standards, or organizational needs. Members are not employees and are not entitled to employment compensation or benefits.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website including text, logos, registration details, mission statements, and compilation of materials is the property of the Indian Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Council. The IPGC name, logo, and related marks are protected. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content requires prior written permission from the Council.

Website Usage and Conduct

Users of our website agree to use services only for lawful purposes.
